Campus Space Inventory has been established to formalize and assist in capturing space assignments, within the University. This is a repository for already assigned spaces, only. All departments and schools should have a space management representative who already reports on space assignments; however, the Office of Planning, Design and Construction Management (PDCM) wants to partner together to ensure the campus space inventory is accurate and captured timely.
The University utilizes a space database called MetaBIM, to maintain information about space assignments, uses, attributes and occupancy for all rooms in buildings, both on and off campus. Please note, leased facilities are also included in this report.
